Hello all
Praying together in the morning, we celebrate the fact that God's mercies are new every morning, fresh-baked for each new day.
Recognising this, we're going to change our morning prayer practice from this week. We'll still be praying in the chapel at 8.30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Everyone is welcome to join us!
We'll continue to stream Tuesday's prayers here on the Facebook page. From now, Thursday's prayers will be camera-free, so that we in the chapel can pray intimately and vulnerably. Please do message vicar@gipsyhill.org.uk if there is anything you would like us to pray for.
We won't be saving our Tuesday prayers to this page - like the manna, we will be trusting that God will give us what we need for every day! The Church of England Daily Prayer app is available all day long for personal prayer.

Hello all - at the moment, I can't find a way of posting this on this wall, but wanted to say here that we'll be sharing in Morning Prayer a little differently as from next week. Our Morning Prayer rhythm celebrates that God's mercies are new every morning, freshly baked for each new day. So, to keep our prayers fresh and immediate, we're trying something different. On Tuesdays, we'll continue to stream Morning Prayer here on facebook as we have been doing. However, this will just be live at 8.30am - we won't save the recordings as we have been doing. On Thursdays, we won't stream Morning Prayer to Facebook. This will give us a chance to pray freely and vulnerably in our chapel - and EVERYONE is welcome! 8.30am in the chapel, Tuesdays and Thursdays. On Facebook on Tuesdays. We gather to centre ourselves on God, praise Him for who He is, and bring ourselves, our community and our world to Him in prayer. Feel free to message me as we try this! It will be great to hear what enables you to connect with God throughout the week.
